ThermoSpas Hot Tubs - Terrible Customer Service
Just had a home consultation with a TS rep. It went poorly. He did not listen to my wife or I when we answered questions and stuck to his sales "script". He went outside to measure the space on the patio, he had a measuring tape in his hand and ask me for the dimensions, then asked me what future plans i had for my house and backyard. He seemed to disprove of the 200 sqft reinforced concrete patio. took pictures of the patio, my home, and my family while we were all outside.
When we asked him, politely, to speed up the sales pitch he reprimanded us for not wanting to listen. He asked the same questions over and over, questioned us as to why we wanted a hot tub in the first place. I directly asked if he could provide pricing information and he said that he would not until he finished his 1 hour long interview of our needs. We again politely explained that we were trying to get the kids, 9 and 3, their dinner and just wanted model and pricing info. He asked our budget and when we told him our max dollar value he packed up his things and said "well we are not the company for you." Then he left.
He provided us with no relevant information.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

i have a sales rep coming on oct 19th,,i sure hope it goes better than this,,and why is there no company reply to this complaint?..sales people can make or kill any chance of getting your business just by their approach of how they talk or act with you,,i just recently bought my house and was interviewing potential carpet installers,and although one company had an excellent deal,the sales guy was so rude,that within 15 minutes of his presentation,i just wanted him gone and didnt here a word he said...lol,,some people are not meant to be in sales
Was it homer? Had a very similar instance with the turbo spa rep. Ruined our Sunday and insulted us.
That's good enough for me not to bother with this company
