New Reviewerafter a in home demo and pitch, I started pricing the deck and power needs. I emailed the salesman (he did not leave me a number to call him) with a question and a week later I still have not heard nothing back.
Yesterday I went to an annual hot tub show in the area found one as good if not better than what themo spa showed me and for $6000.00 less. It has been a top rated by consumer reports for years, twilight series by master spas. Anyone getting interested in a hot tub, shop around. I also like the idea that I have local support with this one it tells you what is wrong with it if it has a problem.
One more thing, it is made in the USA.
Ask where thermo spas are making theirs. Mexico

I am not sure how i feel right now. I ordered the Maui, and it was suppose to arrive between 26-31.
It arrived on the 9th which made me wonder. I was also glad i didn't have to wait but wonder if it was being built how did it come so early. When i finish used it. jets are falling off, parts are failing off.
I have had it only 3 days.
tried calling customer services it is closed on sunday 12 August. will be calling on Monday 13 August.
