ThermoSpas Hot Tubs - Did not provide service but charged for
Back in January thermospa sent out service to give me a price to repair spa, I was told that I would have estimate that day.Did not happen.
I email, called, talked to 3 servce people and last was Robert Cole who said he would call me the next day that was 2 weeks ago.
I have called and left message after message with no response.
We were going to buy a new spa, however not a Thermospa because there is NO service.
The email, and phone system they have is never returned.The only line that seems to get a real person is sales.
