We bought a Thermospa hot tub, and only used it a couple times. After the first time we set in it and returned a day or two later, I opened it up and the head rest was floating in it.

We called and a worker came out and glued them back. Then we had them out for another time, for a different reason and now the plastic jets or coming out of it. You would think that a 16 thousand dollar hot tub would be built better. So now we been waiting for over a week for some one to fix it.

So we decided we are unhappy with are purchase, and want a refund. They are doing everything they can to get us to keep it. Why do you have to argue and fight over stuff. Just give me my money back.

They used to might of made good hot tubs.

But not any more.

Monetary Loss: $6000.

Were you able to get a full refund? We have not had 3 major leaks, and the snaps to the top lid have broken 3 times in the past 6 months. I want a full refund as well...not sure how to go about doing it properly.

I have the same issue. I stubbornly went against the reviews because I really wanted a hot tub with all of these jets.

I looked at so many, and again stubbornly decided to buy this $15,000 hot tub instead of a $5000 one. I have had mine for two years, and nothing but problems. I have been without a hot tub now since mid-June and it is September!

I am taking them to court. I just hope I win or I am out the money that I spent on the hot tub as well as the money spent on the lawyers.

At therma spa. If you are dumb enough to pay our 16,000 price tag will through in a free pair of steps, but wait if you order now will even give you a free pair of water wing for the little ones, but wait we won't stop there. If you act now were going to give you.......wait ....wait.....wait.

A 5.00 walgreen's gift card so you can go and get you a big can of Vaseline.

Trust me you will need it after what they just did to you.

We are the proud owners of a Thermospas Manhattan Diamond spa. My wife and I bought this spa back in 2005.

Our 3 teenage daughters love it!! Our spa has 7 pumps and 172 jets in it. When we were shopping for hot tubs, we visited several dealers and did a lot of online research. What sold us on Thermospas was their 20 year shell warranty, their 10 year equipment warranty and the fact that they don't blow cheap foam insulation in their spas.

This is one of the best investments we have ever made.

Our family uses the spa 3-5 times a week. Thermospas builds a superior hot tub, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

This makes absolutely no sense considering the original post. Simply because you received a product that pleases your family does not mean someone else who received a flawed product and no customer service should be happy.
