Leaking on brand new tub salesman blowing us off
Salesman missed delivery by 3 months. Tub arrived all 4 corners were discolored, white instead of maroon use old english they said tried reaching out to our Salesman Stan he never returned calls or text just wanted direction i guess he no longer cared. after 2 weeks tub leaks bad
User's recommendation: 14,000 tub and use old english use local pool dealer or another co. I wouldnot recommend thermolspa.

Found a led round cover in the bottom of the tub. It's a concord model not a month old. It's behind one of the head rests.

Hello William! Your circulation pump may turn off if the temperature reaches three degree’s over the set temperature.
