I bought a Thermospa and the salesman they would take the crate away and that once the spa was here and hooked up he would come back and ensure that it is up and running I have yet to see him and that was over a year when I called them and requested service they wanted to fix over the phone when I asked for someone to come out they said they would consider that a customer error and that would NOT be covered by the warnty so and we would be charged full price for service.PLEASE DO NOT BUY A THERMOSPA>>>>>>>
