First, Thermospas sends out this nice sales guy who does a great job, then offers a $1000 discount if you place your order right now. Not tomorrow or the next day, but right now. This tactic ***. But this is my fault for wanting to save $1000.

Second, the Thermospa is about the most expensive spa you can buy, and I am reasonably convinced it is a good spa from the brochures and acrylic samples. I buy in, place an order for the $1000 discount, and further, pay in advance for some additional discount.

Then the company disappears. We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. That would have had our tub arriving sometime between 3 Feb and 17 Feb, give or take. It is now March 17th, and still no tub has been delivered. So read 6-8 weeks to mean 10-12 weeks. The only calls we get a call to schedule the first late delivery, then another call to delay further.

Now, we are one day away from the appointed delivery date, and not a word from the company. I have a schedule I need to manage, and, with the delivery on a Friday, we want to ensure we can schedule an electrician to hook it up. I call the East Coast delivery manager, and can only leave a message.

I'm wondering if it will all be worth it. I've bought dozens of cars, and even Toyota stays in touch. BMW bothers me with too much service. Here, I pay a Mercedes price for a hot tub, and the company basically ignores me, and over-promises and under-delivers. This is disappointing. I hope it is one great hot tub when we get it.

We bought an "aquicsor" in Oct. 2010 and have had numerous problems with tub and the customer service people.

We have been ignored and blown off time after time. We are not happy or satisfied with spa or company

I did the same 3 yrs ago, got pressured with the "$1000 discount but only if you buy today" and fell for it like a chump. 2 years later a pump failed and I had to pay for most of the repair.

Now 3 yrs later the cover has failed(waterlogged). Now I have to see what options are there for this.

Pretty unsatisfied customer in CT.

BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ IN THE REVIEW AT ONE TIME THEY WHERE GREAT YES A VERY LONG TIME AGO UNTIL THEY GOT GREEDY.. BUYING PRODUCTS FOR CHEAP AN SELLLING FOR VERY HIGH..

THEY ARE OTHER TUB COMPANIES THAT ARE BETTER AN MORE AFFORTABLE THAN THERMO SPAS... THEY ARE ROBBING THE CONSUMER BLIND STAY AWAY FROM THERMO YOUR GONNA LOSE YOUR MONEY.....

I heard great things about Thermo Spas but must admit, I did not expect to read all these negative comments.

no not for the money worked ok for 5 years now the pump blew it leaks everywhere bought one for 1 third the price before this one and it lasted 10 years stay away

Same here - bought the olympian executive - nothing but problems - bad customer service and too expensive to fix
