Five years after spending $16,000 on a tub, the company could care less about servicing a product that seems made to break down and leak.They are incompetent and one person sends you to another to another and no one gets anything done.

It would be a great tub, lots of jets and roomy, etc. but the proof of a product is in their customer service five years after purchase.

Stay away from thermospa.I f you do get a spa from them, make sure to get an extended warrantee, but even this won't take you to the five year mark.Make sure you track the service person, track the shipper, track through the service manager because they do not follow through.

i especially like how they ask you to open the side of the tub and "check the couplings" for leakage....when they are here every year fixing the same *** thing!!!!
