Great tub, but if something goes wrong, you're screwed. Get ready to wait five or six weeks for your service call.
We replaced our heater on 4/20/2010, and today we need another. They know it was faulty, but, no, full charge, another $200. The workers are independent contractors, know little about the corporate process, and are not much help. Last time we waited for a part to show up in the mail, but it never was delivered.
Who is on first? They want me to install a space heater in my outdoor pool so the pipes don't freeze, until they can come again to install the heater.
