I have had my Thermospa for 7 months now.After months of delay for delivery it finally came, damaged, jets not working and all the headrest pillows missing.

I have had nothing but trouble from Thermospas customer care. They now want to charge me for a service call on warranty work and are not honoring their warranty. They want to charge me for defects in workmanship and shipping on anything they are willing to warranty. They today refused to let me talk to anyone above the service person and said "if I had a problem, send a complaint letter".

DO NOT BUY A THERMOSPA. DO NOT BUY A THERMOSPA.

DO NOT BUY A THERMOSPA.They lie thru their teeth until they get your money and then tell you to *** off with their sub standard product.
